Toshiba has expanded their mobility solutions giving business customers even more ways to take full digital desk phone functionality with you, whether its down the hall, into the conference room or across campus. Their cordless telephones allow you to access most of your desk top telephone features and can even switch between your cordless and desk-top telephone during a call. Toshiba offers narrow band, spread-spectrum and now DECT technology options to safeguard your phones frequency range and deliver maximum security.
The new DECT cordless telephone delivers next-generation functionality for the Strata series digital telephones. DECT technology minimizes any interference between base stations and surrounding WLAN access points.
Combined with the repeater solution, the new DECT technology provides three to seven times the ranged of previous models. And up to six repeaters can be linked per base station for an extended range up to 300 feet in open areas.
Toshiba’s uMobility Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solution empowers mobile workers to cost-effectively make and answer system calls from virtually anywhere. The user’s smart cell phone functions as the desktop system extension both while in the office via their wireless LAN and while out of the office via a cellular network.
